This is news on both fronts, in my humble opinion. From CAIR

Incitement: Pat Robertson Compares Islam to Nazism

http://mediamatters.org/items/200604240007

The West is ignoring threats from “Islam in general,” just as it ignored “what Adolf Hitler said in Mein Kampf”

Summary: On The 700 Club, Pat Robertson warned his viewers that “we are not listening” to what Islam “says,” just as we did not listen to “what Adolf Hitler said in Mein Kampf.” Robertson claimed that we are ignoring the threats by “not only the radical Muslims but Islam in general,” because “it is not politically correct to believe that any religious group would do what they claim they are going to do.”

Do follow CAIR's link to Media Matters.org for the full comments by Robertson.

In other CAIR incitement news, and I think that this one's just as funny as the person condemned for saying it, Radio Host Michael Savage. From CAIR:

Incitement: Radio Host - ‘Kill 100 Million’ Muslims
Media Matters, 4/19/06
http://mediamatters.org/items/200604190001

On April 17, nationally syndicated radio host Michael Savage called for "kill[ing] 100 million" Muslims. . .

On his radio show, Savage told listeners that "intelligent people, wealthy people ... are very depressed by the weakness that America is showing to these psychotics in the Muslim world. They say, 'Oh, there's a billion of them.' " Savage continued: "I said, 'So, kill 100 million of them, then there'd be 900 million of them.' I mean ... would you rather us die than them?" Savage added: "Would you rather we disappear or we die? Or would you rather they disappear and they die? Because you're going to have to make that choice sooner rather than later."

Again, please follow the link to mediamatters.org, where the audio clip is available as well as links to other "hateful statements" made by Savage about Muslims, though no updates on his restaurant adventures or his dog Teddy.

And here's some wonderfully sensible comments from an amazing Islamic website at
http://www.islam-pure.de/imam/fatwas/practical02.htm

"Question 78: According to ruling no. 147 of Imam Khomeini's (q) risalah, "it is not obligatory to give credence to what a child who can distinguish [mumayyiz] says concerning cleanness and uncleanness until he becomes mature." This ruling involves a difficult obligation because it entails, for instance, that parents should keep cleaning their child after he goes to the toilet until he becomes fifteen years old. What is the religious duty in this regard?

Question 96: Customarily, it is obligatory on someone who wants to perform the prayers to do istibra' after passing urine. Since there is a wound on my penis, some blood comes out of it during istibra' and because of the pressure on it and is mixed with the water used for cleaning, and therefore, makes my body and clothes najis. If I did not perform istibra', the wound would heal. Istibra' and pressure on the penis have certainly caused the wound to persist, and to continue with such a situation causes the wound not to heel until the next three months. Please explain whether I perform istibra' or not?

A: Istibra' is not obligatory, and furthermore, it will be impermissible if it causes harm. However, if one does not do istibra' after passing urine and then a moisture of doubtful character comes out, it will be ruled to be urine.

Question 97: I am a university student suffering from a problem for several years which causes me intense worry. The problem is that after passing urine and doing istibra', after five minutes or more, there comes out from the penis a fluid about the quarter of a drop. In the past when I did not perform istibra' the liquid that would come out after passing urine was several drops. However, since I do istibra' now its volume is about a quarter of a drop, or lesser, and I do not know if this fluid is clean and whether the prayers performed with it is valid or not.

A: The doubtful wetness that comes out after istibra' is considered clean except when it is known for certain to be urine.

Question 100: A toilet seat was fixed in a direction totally different from the direction believed to be that of the qiblah. After some time it was known that the direction of the toilet seat was about at a 20 to 22 degrees angle with the direction of qiblah. Is it obligatory to change the direction of the toilet seat or not?

A: Assuming the deviation from the direction of qiblah is enough to be considered a deviation, there is no problem.

Is this stuff real Islamic law? Is this a genuine halal website? Or is it the BNP or the Joooooz taking the piss (sorry, I meant taling the 'istibra wetness') out of Allah's magnificent religion?

Good to see they are focusing in the important things.

I give the Dhimmi award to the dunce who made this comment on the Media Matters post:

"Do you honestly believe...

That a bunch of zealots are somehow going to cause a new world war that takes the lives of tens of millions of people?

I know the right wants it to be a self-fulfilling prophecy, but I didn't know reasonable people actually believed this crap about muslim extremists in any way rising to the level of danger as the Third Reich."

Yes stoop, I do believe that.

I just found this information funny and interesting in all kinds of ways. I didn't have time to look through their comments section at mediamatters yet though, I should have done that too! Hilarious. The blind leading the blind, and with CAIR linking to it all. Beautiful. I need to redouble my efforts.

I think we should engage the muslims with a real dialogue that would address issues of faith that all major religions and since all major faiths, at least the mainstream followers, share values like peace, human brotherhood and mutual respect. I would recommend everyone to visit tariqramadan.com in order to appreciate the sincere appeals for a dialogue so that reason might have the last word rather than hatred or ethnocentricism.
